I believe that regardless of your choice on how you modify your body, that we shouldn’t judge people on their outer shell. Body modification is no different to colouring your hair or painting your nails, cosmetic surgery, or bodybuilding; it’s just a different way of expressing oneself and doing what makes oneself feel comfortable with themselves in the broader spectrum of things.
